Message	First, I'm not being sarcastic. Quit thinking so synically, I'm being as honest & straight-forward as possible. We weren't having these issues when you placed your order, that's why we took it and didn't "warn" you. We thought you had received your product as we did w/ everyone else that ordered Apex, but obviously you did not. This is not a sob story, its the truth. I'm not asking nor expecting any sympathy, I'm only offering you an honest answer, take it for nothing more or less than that. I don't know who you are, our system does not allow searches by e-mail addresses, so I'll need your real name. Feel free to contact me at sales@mvpmotorsports.com if you would like to so I can figure out who you are as I'm not 100% sure which orders my Apex vendor shipped & which ones he didn't before he got evicted. The answer is simple: I wasn't aware that you had not received your product, now I am. Once I know who you are then I'll call Monday to try & find the item. If I can't find it I'll let you know. If I can then I'll ship it and get you a tracking # as soon as I am provided one. Finally, rather you need an apology or not, and rather you will accept an apology or not, is irrelevant to me. I feel that MVP owes you one and I've given it to you publicly. I sincerely regret the issue you have had receiving a simple item, it was not on purpose, and thus I have sincerely apologized on behalf of MVP Motorsports.
